Microgreens are young vegetable greens that have an aromatic flavor and concentrated nutrient content, which means that they often contain higher vitamin, mineral and antioxidant levels than the same quantity of mature greens.

Sugar Pea
STANDARD GREEN: The light and slightly sweet flavor of pea microgreens make it a favorite ingredient for salads, sandwiches and more.
Kohlrabi
PREMIUM GREEN: These tender microgreens have a hint of lilac in their stem, adding a touch of color to your dish. Being a brassica, they contain the compound sulfurafane, with many health benefits.
Kale
PREMIUM GREEN: Kale microgreens are often thought of as a "superfood". These microgreens will be sure to power up your plate.
Broccoli
PREMIUM GREEN: Broccoli microgreens have a mild broccoli flavor and are great as a salad ingredient and more. The high levels of the natural compound sulfurafane in broccoli is touted to be a good cancer fighter.
Combo Radish
PREMIUM GREEN: The maroon pops of color in these greens will add a beautiful, spicy touch to your tacos, salads and sandwiches.
Red Acre Cabbage

SPECIALTY GREEN: Light and delicate with the bold flavor of spicy mustard, these Curly Cress are a great garnish with a unique star-shaped leaf and a powerful punch of flavor.
Sprouted Pea Salad Crunchies
Here's that gluten-free, nut-free perfect crunch to add to your salads, sprouted peas! A combo of yellow and green peas add a nice touch of color and a great texture to your bowls.
